Toronto: A sort of homecoming?

It is going to take more that a one-time event to entice ex-pats to return to Toronto (although the chance to escape the crumbling economies of the US and Europe may provide the right added kick), but still, this looks like a nice try.

At least it is a try which alone is an accomplishment. Good to see that Toronto recognizes the need to be aggressive and competitive in the search for global talent.
